Using target audience and market analysis, Atelier developed a strategy covering architecture, interior design, and visual identity. The identity is based on a restrained, contemporary take on the romanticism of the archipelago. The assignment included communication materials such as sales brochures, a website, an apartment selector tool, sun studies, visualizations, and apartment specification sheets.
